Where is the complaint department for me to complain about all the whiners that can't take care of their tools? I keep being told HF sells nothing but junk and then I show them my $40k miter saw... yes I have made over $40k with my $100 compound miter saw I purchased at the start of pandemic... Only once so far have I found the HF price higher than somewhere else and the product is just as good. The warranty service is without question and at my store the staff is great... just wish all the whiners would quit buying all the inventory before I get a chance to get the things I need... they are out of the specials/deals quite often... But I am not complaining!!!

The people working at Harbor Freight get 5 stars, but to be told you can’t get a coupon and then be told if you return an item even new in the box there will be a 20% restocking fee is bad for customer retention. At Lowe’s the same gallon oil-less air compressor was $30 less, we bought from you because you have kind employees. They explained bad people are using their purchases like a rental ( this is wrong!)

Watch out for thiose to good to be true 10, 20, 30% off coupons. They do NOT include, well, almost enything more than $5. Thye are not redeemable on power tools, air compressors (which is what I wanted to but and did but with no coupon discount) , power lift jacks.. bascially anything that at % off coupon would be helpful. Other than that a pretty good store for the basics. And yes, I know. It smells like a chineese tire factory inside all the time. But thats expected. Happy Shopping!

Ive worked in maintenance for over 30 years.ive bought every type of high dollar hammer drills i mean all them.but the only one that stood the test of time.is the one I bought at harbor freight. And it only cost me like 60 bucks.ive had it every since and still do.way to go.a tool that actually works o I t its life.i love it and if I need another.i know were ill buy it.love that drill.the company has $600 dollar drills.ill take mine over all of them.thanks guys well done.

I have bought allot of tools from harbor freight both power tools and hand tools tarps car covers all were good and when my 3/8 to 1/4 adaptor keeps breaking they always replace it one power tool the switch was bad but i had no receipt and i just bought new one i recommend them tools lasted long enough

I have always been reluctant to purchase larger power tools from HF. When I needed parts to repair a demolition hammer, I learned parts were not available as the hammer had been discontinued. I went to the Bloomington, IN store where Faith, the manager, addressed my concerned by giving me credit towards a new hammer. I will now always shop first at HF for my power tools.

Bought couple of things from this store and ever since I've bought from here not once I haven't had no problems at all with any of my products I've bought from them.!!

Not all items are recommended as some have no quality whatsoever. I carefully measure the job I am performing and look closely at the tool I am looking at before buying. I cannot say that all have worked good but most of the ones I have purchased have done a great job for a fair price. So, I recommend this place, I like it.

Great return policy on shaver. Return for exchange for ANY reason, they don’t ask why. Very helpful employees!

I've been a Harbor Freight customers for years. I learned today the gentleman that has helped me on numerous occasions in Statesboro, Ga. - is the manager. He is always so customer friendly and goes the extra mile to assist you while in the store. Kudos to you and the example you set your your staff. Thank you for always being so helpful.
